Is A Cauliflower A mushroom?
Shannon Chiarenza, a mother of two in Denver, credits her mushroom microdoses with helping her navigate the difficult facets of motherhood. “I have more patience and I’m able to get through the tough days,” she says, adding that the experience helps her appreciate life’s little moments. “I have more joy in my life now.” URL
Tee and Chiarenza say that microdosing psilocybin mushrooms is a safer alternative to other mood boosters, such as antidepressants or caffeine. They add that it’s a good idea to start with the lowest dose possible, like 0.1 grams or less. And they recommend lemon tekking, which is the process of soaking mushrooms in fresh-squeezed lemon juice for 10 minutes before eating them. The acidity breaks down the mushroom cells, allowing for faster absorption of psilocin and psilocybin.
